How does Review Reply work on Yelp?
Review Reply - Smart AI Responses drafts a Yelp reply through its pasted-review path, not a page button. Because Yelp is not in the extension's approved host list, the panel's review box is shown directly on any page the extension does not support. You copy the Yelp review text into that box, optionally type the star rating and reviewer name, and ask for a draft in your chosen tone and language. The draft stays editable, Truth Check can flag unsupported claims, and you copy the finished reply into Yelp's own reply box yourself. The extension never posts on Yelp and never reads a Yelp page address.
How do you reply to a Yelp review step by step?
- Copy the review text from the Yelp page and open the Review Reply panel. On a page the extension does not support, the panel shows the review box directly.
- Paste the review text into the box, then optionally type the star rating and the reviewer name beside it.
- Click Draft reply, edit the result, run Truth Check, and click Regenerate if you want a different wording.
- Click Copy, then paste the reply into Yelp's own reply box and submit it there yourself.

- Reply settings. Your selected tone, language, and optional manager signature.
- Fixed platform label
manual. A pasted review is sent with the labelmanual; no page address is read or sent on this path.
The request goes over HTTPS to the Reputation Systems API at rr-api.reputationsystems.ai, and only after you click Draft reply.
Posting
How does posting on Yelp work?
Posting is entirely yours. Click Copy in the panel, open the review on Yelp, paste the reply into Yelp's own reply box, and submit it there. Review Reply does not fill or submit anything on Yelp because it is not an approved host. Before you copy, Truth Check reviews the draft for unsupported concrete details, unverified promises, missed clear complaints and confident language mismatches; if findings remain, the extension asks for a second confirmation before it treats the draft as ready, and you can still edit or regenerate it.

Does Review Reply post on Yelp?
